I am the global Chair of Pottinger. I co-founded Pottinger because I am deeply committed to bringing clients the highest quality advice and the very best service from people that they can trust. Combining strategy and M&A with our data analytics capability means that we are able to help companies to enunciate a destination and develop a roadmap for how they will get there.
I have domestic and international experience directing, managing, and advising major corporations and governments across most industry sectors including financial services, retail, property, energy and resources, technology/media/telecommunications, consumer and clean energy.
I am one of the expert advisors to the G20, as a member of the B20 infrastructure and financing taskforce.
In 2012, I was honoured to be recognised by the Financial Review/Westpac 100 Women of Influence awards as one of the most influential women in management and the boardroom.
In May 2014, I was delighted to be acknowledged as the Instyle business-woman of style. Being recognised not only as a leader in my field but as a humanitarian and leader in this regard, is humbling.
Prior to founding Pottinger, I was the Vice President of GMAC Commercial Holding Asia and a Board member of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Japan. I have also held executive roles at Deutsche Bank (New York and London); HSBC Investment Bank (London), and McKinsey & Company (Sydney, Johannesburg and London).
I am a keen philanthropist, having supported not for profit organisations in most continents. I have a particular interest in social justice.
I am a Director of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited, Allpress International, and the UNSW Foundation. I am a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Research Australia Leadership Council, an Ambassador for One Million Women and an Advisory Board member for The Resolution Project, working with youth to achieve real change through social ventures. Previously I have been a director of Starlight Children's Foundation and Children's Cancer Institute Australia, Vice President of Women in Banking and Finance and a member of the Advisory Board of the CEO Sleepout.
I co-founded the Glass Elevator, to help connect, engage and inspire women in industry and Government. This reflects my commitment to supporting and nurturing female talent.
I am a graduate of the University of Sydney where I enjoyed the study of Economics, Finance and Commercial Law. My Honours year focused on the economics of developing nations.
